Suzette is phenomenal. She is inspirational, a fantastic trainer and inspirational coach she works both physically and mentally with my mother. My mother lover bet it’s been now over 5 years & I don’t know where my mother would be with out suzette.
Our family and my mother couldn’t be happier. My mother use to use a walker & a wheel chair all the time and is now walking a lot on her own and only a cane and mental coaching suzette has exercised in her mind ..well my mom is playing tennis a sport she always loved!
